That's how it's works here in Sweden. I don't know if in your country is the same, but in Brazil buildings don't have a communitarian laudry.
Here, they are usually in the basement, and every laundry has a papper or a padlock that you set the chosen free day.
I have my own laudry inside my bathroom, what makes my life easier. It is more commom to have your own laundry if you live in a house.
This blog started in Sweden when I tried to share a little about our experience in that country. After that, we moved to Brazil and I packed my stuff for 3 times. Well, I´ve been married for 8 years and since than, I moved 6 times... But there is one more coming next month....So, I blog about my experience and my ideas and why not my memories...

Stopping by to say thank you for your kind words and visiting my blog. Take care.
Thank you for stopping by!! I love your pictures on the side bar...they are beautiful!
Our washer/dryer is that size also. It's hard to keep up with laundry as a result. That's why my laundry basket is overflowing.... :D
Luciana, I prefer to live in a house. I felt the laundry in Sverige very organized...but not for me...
